LEDs are Therapeutic
LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, which is a tiny computer chip encased in glass. Each LED emits a wavelength of light that provides unique therapeutic benefits. LED is non-invasive, painless and requires no recovery time. Recovery Loop utilizes light stimulation in the light red, dark red, infrared and deep infrared spectrums. Each Recovery Loop pod is equipped with 80 medical-grade LEDs.

Choose either the long or short strap depending on where you are using
Most often the short strap fits the arm or the leg versus the long strap for the waist.

Clip the Recovery Loop pod to the appropriate strap eyelet.
The velcro side of the strap faces away from the body and the smooth side touches the skin.

Adjust and fasten the strap so that the Recovery Loop pod is secure and in place.
The pod should be tight enough so that it doesn’t slip when moving your body.

Use for 20 minutes and move to a new area that needs relief!
