Many FSA plans reset December 31.
If your FSA runs on the calendar year, unused dollars above any carryover may be forfeited after December 31. Some plans offer a grace period into March or let you carry over up to $680 into 2027, so check with your plan. HSA funds don't expire.

HSA/FSA disclosures
*HSA/FSA payment through Truemed is for personal orders on LightStim.com. It isn't available for B2B orders, including LightStim Pro and Partner accounts.
**Truemed is for qualified customers. HSA/FSA tax savings vary. Learn more at truemed.com/disclosures. Truemed bases its savings estimates on the marginal income and payroll tax rates of the median U.S. taxpayer with income.
Eligibility is decided by Truemed's licensed clinicians based on your health survey, which you complete with Truemed, not LightStim. Each Letter of Medical Necessity is issued at the clinician's discretion, and your HSA/FSA plan administrator may approve or deny any claim. Some plans limit or exclude certain products.
FSA deadlines, grace periods and carryover amounts vary by plan. $680 is the IRS maximum carryover for plan years beginning in 2026, and your employer may set a lower amount.
