Pricing & Sales Tax

The prices quoted on LightStim.com are displayed in United States currency and therefore valid only in U.S. currency. We reserve the right to change our prices at any given time. Sales tax will be calculated by the ship to and bill to address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

International Orders

Contact LightStim for information about placing an international order. For international orders the customer is responsible for any Customs charges or individual Country and or State taxes.

Free Shipping

LightStim.com only offers free shipping within the United States. All "Free Shipping" promotions for LightStim.com are not valid outside of the United States.

Sales & Discounts

LightStim.com sales, discounts, or coupon codes are: 1) Not valid on previous purchases. 2) Not allowed to be combined with other offers. 3) Not valid for LightStim Professional purchases/orders.

Elipsa and ProPanel are not eligible for introductory offers, including but not limited to “10% off your first order”, etc.

Warranty

LightStim offers a 5-year repair/replacement warranty on handheld Lights purchased in the United States. LightStim Elipsa, ProPanel and Pain Belt have a 2-year-repair/replacement warranty. Handheld Lights purchased internationally have a 2-year repair/replacement warranty. The warranty is limited to factory defects including defective power transformers. The warranty does not cover: Second-hand purchases, misuse and abuse, damage from unauthorized accessories, damage from incorrect current and voltage, or damage from conditions beyond control of LightStim. If you find that your Light is not working properly please contact us directly to troubleshoot the situation. If it is determined that the Light itself is defective, we will provide authorization for you to mail it directly to LightStim for repair or replacement. Shipping charges on returned Lights and/or power cords are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note- International customers only are responsible for return shipping charges once the Light is repaired and must include payment in the form of a check or credit card before the repaired or replacement Light is shipped back.

Returns

All LightStim devices purchased from LightStim.com are eligible for return within 30-days of the original purchase date. Skin Care products do not qualify for return. LightStim LED Bed is not available for purchase on LightStim.com and therefore is not included in this return policy. LightStim’s 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program ended on June 1st, 2022 and is no longer offered on new purchases. If purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their individual return policy.

To return a device please contact us for a return authorization number. Once the device is returned allow 2 weeks for processing and posting of the refund. If a device is returned without a return authorization number allow 3-4 weeks for processing and posting to your account.

A copy of your invoice or receipt must accompany the return or it will not qualify for a return. You must include all original packaging materials and accessories to qualify for a return. If any items are missing a 15% restocking fee will be required.

If your device is damaged in shipping please notify us and we will replace your device immediately upon receipt back to us. We do not cover your shipping costs for returned devices that were damaged in shipping.

Unauthorized LightStim Resellers/Distributors

LightStim will not guarantee our products if purchased on eBay, or any other online auction sites, or any unauthorized distributor or dealer.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from LightStim via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
